Thursday morning fitness at Leslie Park (Dayton Park)

Dear Briargreen Community Association Executive Committee:

I am writing to invite our neighbours in Briagreen to join the weekly Thursday morning Leslie Park Workouts. Come join our crew and the free fitness movement!

We meet every Thursday morning at 6:29 AM for community fitness for 31 minutes of fitness and fun.
  • We meet at Leslie Park (aka Dayton Park) at the splashpad
  • Rain or shine - we are weatherproof!
  • Just show up, no registration required.
  • Bring your friends, a smile and your enthusiasm for some fun in the morning.
  • Let’s work it together!  No matter what age and what level of fitness – we can all improve and move more!
Check out our posts on social media: Facebook, twitter and instagram to get a flavour of what we do.  See @LeslieParkCA postings on FB and twitter; and Shelley A Murdock on FB and @ShellMurdock on instagram and twitter.

We simply want to get people to move more and build our community.

The workout is a great way to start the day! Come join a group of wonderful people - friends and neighbours.

Thank you.  Looking forward to seeing you!

Sincerely,
Shelley
